- We offer a bookkeeping courtesy to our patients that prefer to pay their full balance, (less estimated insurance benefits) before or on the day we actually start treatment.

- For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and we offer automatic funds transfer from your banking account.
Financing tips
Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance, congratulations! Approximately 50% of those seeking orthodontic treatment do not have the ability to take advantage of insurance benefits. Make sure to check with your employer as to what type of insurance is available to you. Many have different options for orthodontic coverage. A common misconception is that you can only see an in-network orthodontist. This is not true. For almost all orthodontic insurances, you will still get the same insurance benefit regardless of if you see an in-network doctor or not.
As a courtesy, our office does accept assignment of insurance benefits in most cases and will assist with pretax dollar accounts. We will help you determine the coverage you have available and file for the benefits at the onset of treatment. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
Some insurances also now require a one-year waiting period, so you may have to sign up now for benefits next year. If you or a family member may be interested in orthodontics in the future, check with your insurance provider to make sure you get the most benefit from your insurance.
